DX – New Fluid Handling Products The all-new Fluid handling unit DX combines VACULA’s skill in developing brake service products with CEJN’s expertise in developing products that are safe to use and protect our environment. The powerful Series DX extracts fluids from vehicle brakes quickly and safely via vacuum bleeding, plus generates slight overpressure to empty the unit’s fluid canister. VACULA’s latest product was developed in close cooperation with automotive manufacturers and end-users. Series DX meets VACULA’s design goal to a tee–developing an ultimate solution for safely extracting a wide variety of fluids. The patent-pending product features universal seals that enable it to be used for safely extracting all kinds of nonflammable fluids, even aggressive-type brake fluids. Users simply rotate the Series DX’s ergonomically designed handle with one turn to engage vacuum mode (suctioning of fluid), and another turn in the opposite direction to engage slight overpressure mode (emptying of fluid in the canister). To activate the overpressure mode, users must also push an activation button on the handle that activates a safety valve on the lid bottom, preventing accidental pressurization and potential operator injury. A built-in silencer function further protects users from workplace injuries by guarding against excessive noise levels. Powered by standard shop air, VACULA’s easy-to-use Series DX is equipped with a vacuum pre-charging function that enables it to work remotely, without being connected to an air compressor. The Series DX’s standard lid/handle combination can be interchanged with both the 2.5-liter and 12-liter canisters. The fluid extractor also features an all-new refiller bottle for optimum fluid storage. An extension hose that provides convenient access to hardto- reach brake fluid reservoirs in newer car models can be choosed as a complementary accessory. The overall unit features carefully selected components and construction materials that offer high quality, high performance and environmental protection.
